How does this work day-to-day, and how do we align working hours?

We embed a dedicated team member into your business — aligned to your processes, systems, and standards. They're employed by us but work as a true extension of your team. We align working hours to suit your business, with most clients opting for partial or full overlap with Australian hours.

What's included in the cost?

Our monthly fee covers the employee's full compensation package — salary and statutory benefits — plus our management fee for payroll, HR, compliance, and ongoing support. Any one-off costs such as equipment or recruitment are clearly outlined upfront. No surprises.

Why wouldn't we just hire directly?

You absolutely can — what we remove is the complexity and risk. Hiring directly means navigating local compliance, payroll, and HR frameworks in a different jurisdiction. We take all of that on, so you can focus purely on output and performance. We're also the legal employer of record, meaning all employment obligations sit with us.

How quickly can we get someone started, and what roles do you support?

Typically 4–6 weeks from kick-off to start date, covering sourcing, interviews, and a standard notice period. We support roles across finance and accounting, operations, technology, people and HR, sales support, marketing, and data — particularly where there are repeatable processes that can be scaled.

What if they're not performing, leave, or don't feel part of the team?

We set clear expectations from day one and step in early if performance isn't landing — with coaching, support, and a structured process if needed. If someone leaves, we manage the transition end-to-end including backfilling the role. We also actively support integration on both sides, encouraging full participation in your team culture while keeping our people connected and engaged locally.

How do you handle data security and compliance?

Team members work within your systems and under your access controls. We align to your IT protocols, ensure confidentiality agreements are in place for all team members, and support ongoing security training. All employment obligations, compliance, and HR responsibilities in the Philippines sit entirely with us.
